-Gentle spinal opening stretches to increase energetic circulation through the body and through the central channel along the spine.
-Practical foundational guidelines and exercises for subtle breath and energy work (pranayama).
-Chanting and vibratory work to energetically tune and harmonize the chakra system.
-Meditation and visualization exercises.
