Edwina Ferro

Edwina has been studying and practicing yoga for over 15 years. She has worked closely with Stephanie Snyder, Darren Main, Elise Lorimer and many other world known Yoga leaders. Her extensive studies and inspiring mentors have lead her on a path to share her passion and to teach the Art of Yoga in the efforts to help students understand the spiritual and aesthetic importance of mind, body & breath awareness. Edwina encourages her students to reconnect with their true nature and to feel good about who they are. She demonstrates a mien of grace and practical mindfulness through her classes and allows her students to explore their edge at their own level and pace. Sarah Griisser

Sarah Griisser didn't know that she needed yoga until she was already in it. A lifelong go-go-go, do-do-doer, it was hard for her to see that something was off balance until she paused and found herself tipped over. The solace of a daily devoted practice has taught Sarah how to slow down, be nicer, pay attention and breath deeper. Teaching yoga has not only allowed her to share this refreshment with others, but also to expand her own experiences through others. Sarah completed her 200 hour training through YogaWorks in Denver, CO with Alexandria Crow in 2012, and she is currently completing her 500 hour training with Yoga Source.

Deborah Durbin

Artist, movement & healing practitioner Deborah Marie Durbin, currently leads yoga and Pilates classes in N.CA. Registered through YA, and exercise science associations, a list of contemporary leaders in the industry have influenced her current teaching practice, yet over the last decade a unique style has been actualized. She invites students to explore self realization through movement, meditation, and prana yama techniques, and feels artistic expression is also part of the healing journey. Leads practices that are for anyone and all levels as well participates in programs that foster new teachers development. She enjoys creating zen awareness and healing through guiding self awareness experiences that create beauty from the heart.

Stephanie Crowley

Stephanie has been a student of yoga since 2002, and a certified and registered teacher since April of 2012 , through Integral Yoga (RYT-200) at Holy Cow Yoga of Charleston, South Carolina, under the direction of Trace Bonner.

Her teaching philosophy is that yoga is for every body; that yoga can calm the mind, heal the body, and lift the spirit. She encourages students to find their own personal practice, even if that means not doing a particular pose or sequence. Stephanie’s classes offer multiple options for various skill and experience levels, and the mood is light and non-judgmental. She specializes in teaching Beginners, Basics, and Restorative (the yoga of deep relaxation), and has experience in Kripalu, Dharma Mittra, Anusara, Jivamukti, Yin, and other styles of yoga as well.

Great for first timers, those relatively new to yoga, and even those would like a review on the fundamentals. Our Yoga Basics class focuses on an exploration of basic yoga poses and how to connect them through attention to breathing, alignment and mindfulness. Therapeutic in nature, you will learn techniques to help you gain flexibility, while immersing yourself in a relaxing class that moves at a perfectly slower pace - allowing ample time to enjoy each pose. Expect lots of stretching & lingering in supported seated poses. Meditation and relaxation techniques will also be introduced, perfect for stress relief and overall well-being. This class is not heated.
