Yoga has been a part of my life on and off since a teenager. However, in 2015, Yoga became my dedicated focus. My practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and resilient, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live each moment with intention and gratitude. I completed my 200 hour Power Yoga training with Corepower Yoga in 2017, and am currently studying advanced Teacher Training at Niroga Institute. I strive to help students connect their mind, body, and soul with yoga, encouraging vulnerability, humility, and zealousness.
