Vinyasa Flow - All Levels (60 minutes)

Sarah Sykes

Sarah is a RYT 200 + RYT 500 in Yang and Yin Yoga. She completed her 200-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa training with Doron Hanoch and 50-hour Rocket Training at San Francisco's Asta Yoga. In addition, she has completed her 500-hour Yin/Yang training with Sarah Powers and 100-hour Yin Yoga training with Paul and Suzee Grilley. Sarah’s Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow and Rocket classes combine physically challenging poses with a conscious attention to and awareness of the breath, alignment, and the subtle flow of energy in and around us. Her Yin classes are an opportunity to slow down, deeply stretch the joints and connective tissues and open the energetic pathways of the body. When not teaching or practicing yoga, Sarah is likely to be found in the pool, on her bike, or in the kitchen.

Tal Binyamin

A long-time dancer, Tal has loved yoga since she took her first class in 2010, and believes that every day with yoga practice in it — is better. Her teaching is based on establishing an understanding of the body-breath connection, safe alignment with an anatomical emphasis and a pinch of humor.  Tal believes in the power of communities and the energy created when individuals practice together. In her classes she aims to empower yogis to get to know their bodies, move in a challenging yet calm and joyful way, and smile. 

Ali Divita

Ali came to yoga as a way to cross train for equestrian vaulting, which she continues to coach and train for internationally. Her classes are athletic and light hearted, musically inspired and filled with just enough edge. Together we will explore poses with precision and mindfulness and then step back to laugh, focus, reenergize and feel. As a disciplined elite athlete, Ali has a passion for exploring movement of all kinds, and her classes are centred around finding breath within each movement. Ali loves learning about all ways of healing and is also certified as a health coach with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She loves animals -especially horses, creative & healthy food, plus travel (she has just spent the last 2 years in Australia). 
This 60-minute flow links each posture and transition with the breath, creating a strong flow of movement. Great for beginning and advanced practitioners alike.
