I believe that challenging your body to overcome physical obstacles allows your mind to become stronger and better fit to handle life’s challenges and to give us courage to overcome any fears we may have. I love the TRX because it is such an incredibly versatile tool that can work every single muscle and transform your entire body. Teaching TRX classes are so much fun because we all get let loose and work together as a team to motivate and inspire each other! It doesn’t get any better than that!

A strong body means a strong mind! I am a health and fitness fanatic because I truly believe that exercise is medicine! I believe that all of illnesses, both mental and physical, can be cured through a healthy lifestyle. In 2011, I took matters into my own hands to cure my own Lyme disease through eating healthy and working out diligently, and although the journey was excruciatingly painful, I overcame one of the biggest obstacles of my life and I am Lyme disease free. I am here to tell you that EVERYTHING is POSSIBLE and that all great achievements grow from the smallest of baby steps.
Classes are 50 minutes. Maximum 13 people per class. Pre-registration highly recommended. Bring a mat, hand towel, and water.
