Barre Fusion is a combination of Barre, Yoga and Pilates while moving along to fun and motivating music. The Barre portion of the class is designed to help strengthen and tone your entire body but with an emphasis on your glutes and legs by using small, controlled movements, isometric holds and high repetitions. The Pilates portion of the class is designed to strengthen the front and back core to help create more length in your spine and body. The Yoga portion of the class is designed to add balance by stretching out the muscles and improving flexibility. All three formats are taught and blended throughout the entire class.
