  • TRX Sweat - All Levels (50 minutes)
  • Your heart rate will soar in this full body, fast paced, dynamic blend of high intensity, interval cardio and strength training. Push yourself to new levels using the TRX Suspension Trainer and your own body weight. All TRX classes allow for you to customize your intensity to make it the perfect challenge for you. Are you ready to SWEAT into the next level of training?
     
    Classes are 50 minutes. Maximum 13 people per class. Pre-registration highly recommended. Bring a mat, hand towel, and water.

  • TRX Bootcamp - All Levels (50 minutes)
  • This fun, ass kicking class will challenge anyone, but is accessible to everyone! Blending the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer and a variety of other modalities, (kettle bells, slider discs, light dumbbells, resistance bands and more!), this full body workout is sure to remind you all about it the next day…
     
    Classes are 50 minutes. Maximum 13 people per class. Pre-registration highly recommended. Bring a mat, hand towel, and water.

  • TRX HIIT (50 minutes)
  • Get ready to HIIT it! Bring your training to the next level with this High Intensity Interval Training class, using the TRX Suspension Trainer to incorporate strength, cardio and core into a high-octane workout. The balance of high-intensity pushes and recovery time will strengthen your entire body during class and will provide after-exercise results that keep your metabolism revved for up to 24 hours!!!

  • TRX Strength (50 minutes)
  • This low impact, no cardio, full-body TRX class focuses on building strength using safe, proper form. Challenge yourself in this rep-based workout by learning how to modify or progress each exercise to fit your body and your needs. This class is accessible for beginners and advanced athletes alike. You will see a difference after only a few sessions!
