I've been a fitness enthusiast for over 20 years, but yoga changed my life in 2009 when I discovered the studio down the street from my home. I completed my 200 hour teacher training at Avalon Yoga in 2012. I teach Vinyasa-style classes, influenced by a wide variety of yoga teachers and traditions, with an emphasis on breath and safe alignment. My goal is for my students to be more self-aware and present, continually challenge themselves in new ways, have fun, and feel good after the practice.
