Vinyasa Flow - All Levels (60 minutes)
This 60-minute flow links each posture and transition with the breath, creating a strong flow of movement. Great for beginning and advanced practitioners alike.
Power Flow (60 minutes)
This 60-minute class includes dynamic breathing and strong, flowing movement, creating a high-heat, high-energy Vinyasa-style practice. Power Flow is the perfect opportunity to develop your arm balances and inversions, or try something totally new! This class is good for all levels, though not remedial.
Sunrise Flow (60 minutes)
Start your day off increasing your flexibility, strength, mental clarity and overall energy levels with this dynamic 60-minute yoga practice, designed to awaken and open your body while deepening into your breath.
Plank variations to strengthen the arms and core. Sun salutations (Surya Namaskar A) to improve overall flexibility plus lunges, twists and backbends for a well rounded practice.
This Vinyasa flow practice will leave you feeling re-energized and ready to take on the rest of your day.

TRX Sweat - All Levels (50 minutes)
Your heart rate will soar in this full body, fast paced, dynamic blend of high intensity, interval cardio and strength training. Push yourself to new levels using the TRX Suspension Trainer and your own body weight. All TRX classes allow for you to customize your intensity to make it the perfect challenge for you. Are you ready to SWEAT into the next level of training?
Classes are 50 minutes. Maximum 13 people per class. Pre-registration highly recommended. Bring a mat, hand towel, and water.
