Class sizes are limited so that you may enjoy a full practice. Register in advance here to reserve your space. Bring a mat, hand towel, and water to each class, or we have them available for rent or purchase. We are open during and between classes all day so stop in for a visit!


This 75-minute flow links each posture and transition with the breath, creating a strong flow of movement with the opportunity to play with and develop inversions and arm balances. Great for those wanting to advance their practice! This class is mildly heated.

This fluid Vinyasa flow is a set sequence with slight variations allowing you to develop a solid practice of linking the breath with movement. You will strengthen and open every part of the body and you will have the opportunity to practice arm balances and inversions. This is a fast flow that is sure to warm the body inside and out! Bring a mat, towel, water, and smile to each class. :)

An uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices, Kundalini Yoga incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras, such as Sat Nam, meaning "truth is my identity." The goal is to build physical vitality and increase consciousness. Generally there is harmonium and chanting. Please bring a mat.
This 60-minute class includes dynamic breathing and strong, flowing movement, creating a high-heat, high-energy Vinyasa-style practice. Power Flow is the perfect opportunity to develop your arm balances and inversions, or try something totally new! This class is good for all levels, though not remedial.
This fun, ass kicking class will challenge anyone, but is accessible to everyone! Blending the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer and a variety of other modalities, (kettle bells, slider discs, light dumbbells, resistance bands and more!), this full body workout is sure to remind you all about it the next day…

Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement," and Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling, taking static asanas (postures) into a dynamic flow. Have fun as you challenge yourself while developing a stronger foundation and growing your yoga practice in this 60-minute, non-heated flow.
This 60-minute class is an enhanced meditative practice with deep stretches held for several minutes, promoting a release of tension and greater sense of well-being throughout your body. This class is not heated.
This class is a breath-centric, slow-moving practice of deep release using a blend of yin and restorative postures to target specific areas of the body. Long holds in supported postures stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system and the immune system, encourage healthy endocrine function, and facilitate a profound sense of well-being and calm. Each class has an anatomical focus, such as hips, hamstrings, chest, lower back etc, and concludes with a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra as savasana to bring synergy to the central nervous system. Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a calming form of guided meditation that melts away exhaustion, stress, tension and anxiety through simple body visualizations. A healing, restful practice for all levels.
Great for first timers, those relatively new to yoga, and even those would like a review on the fundamentals. Our Yoga Basics class focuses on an exploration of basic yoga poses and how to connect them through attention to breathing, alignment and mindfulness. Therapeutic in nature, you will learn techniques to help you gain flexibility, while immersing yourself in a relaxing class that moves at a perfectly slower pace - allowing ample time to enjoy each pose. Expect lots of stretching & lingering in supported seated poses. Meditation and relaxation techniques will also be introduced, perfect for stress relief and overall well-being. This class is not heated.
