Class sizes are limited so that you may enjoy a full practice. Register in advance here to reserve your space. Bring a mat, hand towel, and water to each class, or we have them available for rent or purchase. We are open during and between classes all day so stop in for a visit!


This HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class will be intense yet fun! You will work your entire body and leave feeling accomplished and more fit every time. You might feel it the next day, but you will always want to come back for more! Great for all levels. All classes are barefoot. Bring a mat, towel, and water to each class.
Stretch.Strength.Flow is designed to deepen/fortify your athletic exercise practice. This class is divided into three sections: stretching, building strength, and dynamic yoga movements combined with intelligent vinyasa-style sequencing (breathing and moving). 
Rondy's goal is to bring a more balanced exercise. We'll work on flexibility to help with the ease of moving more fluently. Building strength gives students confidence and comfort when exercising or competing.    
It is good for beginners, but is designed to elevate athleticism from beginners to experts!
This low impact, no cardio, full-body TRX class focuses on building strength using safe, proper form. Challenge yourself in this rep-based workout by learning how to modify or progress each exercise to fit your body and your needs. This class is accessible for beginners and advanced athletes alike. You will see a difference after only a few sessions!

This 60-minute flow links each posture and transition with the breath, creating a strong flow of movement. Great for beginning and advanced practitioners alike.
This fluid Vinyasa flow is a set sequence with slight variations allowing you to develop a solid practice of linking the breath with movement. You will strengthen and open every part of the body and, while this class is appropriate for all levels, you will have the opportunity to practice arm balances and inversions. This flow is sure to warm the body inside and out! Bring a mat, towel, water, and smile to each class. :)
