New to Yoga or just New to us?


Either way, we are so excited to share Yoga with you... it can be a full life experience!


Although most of our classes are available to all levels and abilities, if you have never done Yoga before, or would just like a more foundational practice, sign up for our Yoga 101 Workshop for beginners. This is offered periodically and will take you through all of the basic postures from both the Bishnu Gosh (Bikram) lineage and the Krishnamacharya (vinyasa) lineage, as well as introduce you to the Eight Limbs of Yoga


We offer modifications with and without props for all classes when needed.


For those looking to enhance their Yoga practice by developing more strength and stability, sign up for our TRX packages! It is a super fun, challenging work out that you will love, and will definitely enhance your Yoga practice!

There is a 5 minute pardon policy.


What to Bring to each Class:


  • Yoga Mat
  • Large towel
  • Hand towel
  • Water bottle


Mats ($2) and towels ($1) are available for rent. Water is available for purchase though we encourage reusable bottles for health and environmental purposes. 


Honor the space in which you practice.


  • Leave shoes outside of the studio.
  • Smile and greet each person you pass.
  • Replace props better than you found them.
  • Return all rentals to the appropriate place to be cleaned.
  • Wipe up any sweat or water around your practice area. 


How to prepare for heated and hot classes:


Hydrate the day before and the day of class


We encourage you to make a practice of staying hydrated even when you’re not taking class. That means half your body weight in ounces (i.e., if you weigh 150lbs, drink 75 oz of water), and more on days you take classes. Hydrating allows your natural cooling system (perspiring) to help you tolerate the heat.


• Eat 2-3 hours before class, or a light snack an hour or more before, like a green smoothie. 


Ideally you practice on an empty stomach. Depending on what you eat, food may stay in your stomach for up to four hours – like meat. (It may stay in your system for up to 72 hours).


• Come with an open mind and be present.


Each class is a new class and the first time you are experiencing that specific class. Be opened to learning something new or meeting someone new. Leave everything at the door and be present in your practice, focusing only on yourself, your breath and your movement.
